Therefore, argument is of extreme importance to preachers. The examples are easy to understand.

I understand that it’s made to be a simple rulebook, but since it’s over 80 pages long, I wasn’t expecting westln to be so simple. This handbook is very short and basic. This is no end-all discussions book, but I recommend it to the library of anyone who will be presenting positions for adoption and evaluating others who do the same. I would say that it really be called “A Rulebook for arguments in essays” but the focus is more on the written word than the spoken. Unlike most textbooks on argumentative writing, Rulebook is organised around specific rules, illustrated and explained soundly and briefly.
